Measurements of Higher Order Effects in QCD from the Tevatron Collider
Quantum Chromodynamics has been studied extensively at Fermilab's Tevatron
collider. Between 1992 and 1996 the D{\O}and CDF experiments, each accumulated
approximately of proton-antiproton collisions at a
center-of-mass energy and at . In this paper, we present
selected recent measurements of higher order effects in QCD: multiple jet
production and subjet and charged particle multiplicities in quark and gluon
jets.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figures in epsi file, talk given at XXXI International

A Search for Charged Massive Stable Particles
A search for charged massive (quasi-) stable particles with the D0 detector
at the Tevatron collider based on 390 pb^{-1} of data is presented. The search
is performed in the frameworks of gauge-mediated supersymmetry breaking and the
minimal supersymmetric extentension of the standard model. The hypothetical
particles are assumed to be pair-produced in p-anti-p collisions giving a
signature of two reconstructed muon-like objects with high invariant mass and
time-of-flights indicative of heavy particles. Since no excess over background
is observed, cross-section limits for the pair-production of stable staus and
charginos are set. Mass limits of 140 GeV for a higgsino-like chargino and 174
GeV for a gaugino-like chargino are set.Comment: For the D0 Collaboration. Presented at HEP2005 International

Searches for Scalar Top and Bottom Quarks at the Tevatron
Searches for the supersymmetric partners of top and bottom quarks using data
up to 340 pb taken at the Tevatron collider are described. We
report on searches for scalar top quarks in the decays
and and for
scalar bottom quarks in the decay . No evidence for a signal has been found, but improved
exclusion regions have been derived in the framework of a generic minimal
superymmetric extension of the standard model.Comment: For the D0 and CDF Collaborations. Presented at HEP2005 International

Search for SUSY in Gauge Mediated and Anomaly Mediated Supersymmetry Breaking Models
In this note, recent results on the search for Gauge Mediated Supersymmetry
Breaking (GMSB) and Anomaly Mediated Supersymmetry Breaking (AMSB) at the LEP
and Tevatron colliders are summarized. We report on DZERO's search for GMSB in
di-photon events with large missing transverse energy and discuss the
sensitivity of similar searches based on future Tevatron integrated
luminosities.Comment: 3 pages, 4 pages, talk presented at the International Europhysics

Searches for leptoquark production and compositeness at the Tevatron
Recent searches for leptoquark production and compositeness in p-anti-p
collisions at sqrt{s}=1.96 TeV are presented using data samples with integrated
luminosities up to 4 fb^{-1} recorded with the D0 and CDF detectors at the
Tevatron collider.Comment: Invited talk at European Physical Society Europhysics Conference on

Electroweak physics at the Tevatron
Recent measurements of processes involving the electroweak bosons, Z and W,
performed at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider are summarized. The large
integrated luminosities collected by both the D0 and CDF Collaborations enable
precise measurements of differential single boson production cross sections,
the determination of the W mass with unprecedented precision, and the
observation of diboson production including ZZ.Comment: 6+1 pages, plenary talk at Physics at LHC 2008, Split, Croatia (for
